At BOXFIT Fort Lauderdale our goal is to elevate boxing to a household sport by increasing accessibility to training. There is a major gap in the boxing gym business. On one side, you have gyms that offer “cardio boxing” classes where there is no technical instruction and you don’t learn anything. Then on the other side, there are gyms for aspiring fighters only, that are too intimidating for the everyday person to attend. We are here to fix that. BOXFIT Fort Lauderdale provides a welcoming environment, where you can get a killer cardiovascular workout, while learning the fundamental skills of boxing. At BOXFITFTL we offer programs for adults and children of all skill levels and athletic abilities. Our coaches have experience working with everyone from first time students to advanced-level athletes. Our custom designed workouts provide a combination of technical instruction and cardiovascular endurance training tailored around boxing and physical fitness.
