Boxingskills

The boxingskills foundation is aimed at providing a technical framework and quality system for recreational boxers to help them improve their skills step by step. The foundation provides a technical and quality framework available for boxing gyms, trainers (boxing and non boxing) and a quality system for all recreational boxers. The quality system will support boxers to improve technique, theoretical understanding, practical experience and application as well as measurement of your current skills by means of an exam.
