Providing professional, effective, online therapy to clients in Kansas and Massachusetts. I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 12 years of experience as a clinician. Most of my experience has been in helping clients cope with difficult emotional experiences such as anxiety and depression as well as with addictive behavior. My overall approach to the therapeutic process is to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I am particularly skilled at facilitating a process that helps clients identify and address thoughts, feelings and unmet needs that keep them stuck in unwanted patterns. My approach to therapy is client-centered and solution-focused. I believe that my role in the therapeutic change process is to provide honest reflection, guidance and insight. In addition to therapeutic services, I provide training and clinical supervision for social workers and other helping professionals seeking licensure or who want to increase their knowledge and skill base.
