Boykin & Davis, LLC is a law firm organized to provide quality legal services to governmental entities, school districts, educational institutions, business entities, and non-profit service organizations. In addition, we provide legal representation to individuals in select personal injury and employment cases. Our mission is to offer effective legal representation at cost-efficient rates, all while building strong client relationships. To accomplish our goal, we hire and retain only those attorneys with demonstrated academic success, experience in serving our client base and appreciation for the roles that our clients play in the community. For our defense clients, we place a great emphasis on preventative measures to avoid expensive and time-consuming litigation. However, when litigation is unavoidable, we use our experience before all federal and state courts to advocate our client’s position. Our greatest strength is our understanding of the changing environment which influences governmental business operations and our ability to provide consistently reliable legal advice. Along with our significant experience across all of our practice areas, each principal has experience working with state and local governments to include working in the State legislature, operating construction programs, working in institutions of higher education, representing state agencies in administrative hearings and providing assistance to elected officials.
