BP Groundworks is a family-run business located in the North West of England. It was established in 2017 by Benjamin Pile after a 15+ year extensive career covering all aspects of the Civil Engineering Industry, including working for various local Groundwork and Plant Hire businesses as well as multiple years working for Balfour Beatty installing Multi-utility services around the UK. Dominic Pile (Ben’s brother) joined the management team in 2025 as Commercial Lead, after for filling a 10+ year career working in a Quantity Surveying role for a leading international, multi-disciplined engineering and construction company.
