Bolton Perez & Associates has merged with Colliers Engineering & Design. Founded in 1997, Bolton Perez & Associates is a multi-discipline engineering firm specializing primarily in transportation related engineering services including bridge design, roadway design, civil works, design-build projects and construction engineering inspection. Our experience includes development of design criteria, preliminary design, final design and contract documents, bridge rehabilitation, construction phase services, and bridge inspection/maintenance.
