Black Production Management UK (BPM UK) is a vital peer support group, created specifically for Black professionals of African and Caribbean descent. Our network is made up of exceptional individuals working across UK television, film, animation, and VFX in the following production roles: • Production Secretaries • Production Coordinators • Production Managers • Line Producers • Production Executives Our Mission: To provide a safe space where Black individuals of African and Caribbean descent can connect, collaborate, and celebrate our production management achievements. As agents of change, we are driven by a collective determination to dismantle systemic barriers that have long stifled our career progression. Our goal is to level the playing field, ensuring equal opportunities and paving an equitable landscape so that black professionals are not just present but empowered to lead, innovate and thrive in production management. Our Purpose: Through representation, advocacy, community activism and training we are committed to upskilling, strengthening the confidence and amplifying the voices, visibility and talents of our members. We strive to inspire, motivate and equip BPM UK members with dynamic production skills needed not only to flourish but to excel.
