Business Process Outsourcing Association of Kenya

Business Process Outsourcing Association of Kenya (BPOAK) is the only umbrella body of all outsourcing companies in Kenya registered under Registration Number SOCA-DETAKV of the Societies Act of Kenya in January 2023. The association membership comprises of companies within the three (3) pillars of BPO space in Kenya spanning across Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) and IT Process Outsourcing (IT-PO). BPOAK is a BMO premium member of the Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) the umbrella body of all private companies in Kenya.
