Black Psychology Student Association at UCI

The Black Psychology Student Association (BPSA) aims to provide a support network that focuses on preparing students at UCI to become successful and influential members of the psychological community. What is Black Psychology? Black/African-Centered Psychology is a dynamic manifestation of unifying African principles, values and traditions. The self conscious "centering" of psychological analyses and applications in African realities, cultures, and epistemologies. We provide educational talks, mental health resources, and insight on internship and job opportunities! Our club aims to educate ALL students of any background about the history of Black Psychology and how it can pertain to other marginalized perspectives. Make sure to come out to our General Meetings on Tuesday's @6:00pm at the CBCRR!
