- Preventative Controls for Human Food (PCQI) -- The only FDA recognized curriculum to satisfy the requirement for having a Preventative Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) to manage the FDA/FSMA mandated Food Safety System.
- HACCP – The core of the food safety system. This course teaches the actual development of a HACCP Plan, geared toward compliance with GFSI and other regulations.
- Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) - This course will provide participants with the knowledge to implement the requirements of the “Foreign Supplier Verification Programs (FSVP) for Importers of Food for Humans and Animals” regulation of the FDA/ FSMA.
- Environmental Monitoring Program (EMP) -- This course is designed to help you develop a risk-based environmental monitoring program for your facility that is cost effective and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
