Brace Support
At Brace Support, we help young people navigate challenges with warmth and understanding. Whether it's autism, antisocial behaviors, ADHD, ODD, ASD, or SEMH challenges, our mission is to help every young person unlock their full potential and thrive. We provide tailored support to children and young individuals with autism, ensuring they feel cared for and supported.
Our Team
Our senior management includes a Finance Director overseeing business activities, a Managing Director in charge of operations, and a Designated Safeguard Lead responsible for safeguarding concerns, risk assessments, and staff training. Support workers hold at least a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification or are working towards it. All staff members have completed advanced safeguarding courses.
Recruitment and Staffing
We adhere to strict safe recruitment legislation. Our HR team ensures all staff have full Enhanced DBS records and references, verifying relevant experience. In our Family Support program, we provide consistency by assigning four permanent staff members on rotating shifts and maintaining a dedicated pool of bank staff for additional support.
