Our site in Buxton, Derbyshire has benefited from huge investments in recent years, enabling Bradburys to meet with the most demanding customer requirements. These modern facilities were awarded British Retail Consortium Level 7 AA status. Cheese expertise comes to the fore within these production facilities which efficiently cuts and wraps bulk cheeses from the United Kingdom and Europe. The latest investment in specialised cheese cutting equipment sees a variety of cheese types cut, wrapped, sliced, portioned and waxed.
