Brady & Ellis provide project management and cost consultancy services to public and private sector clients within the construction industry. Founded in 2022 and regulated by the RICS we currently provide services across four sectors: local government, education, developer and regeneration. We work across the entire project lifecycle from RIBA stage 0 to RIBA stage 7. We undertake a variety of roles from project management and cost management to employer's agent and have experience managing multi disciplinary project teams with project values up £100m. We have experience working with JCT, NEC and ICE forms of contract. We work with some of the industries leading contractor and consultants. Current projects include local government (regeneration), the construction of a primary school and various developer projects including infrastructure and residential.
