Braeckman Distillery is een familiebedrijf dat in 1918 werd opgericht door Achiel Braeckman. De derde generatie, Filip Braeckman, leidt tegenwoordig het bedrijf. Dit is een van de laatste graanstokerijen in Vlaanderen die de eeuwenoude Vlaamse distillatietraditie in ere houdt. De moderne distilleerderij garandeert de voortdurende bewaking van de kwaliteit gedurende het gehele proces.
Met een diepgewortelde passie voor traditie, richt Filip zich op een authentiek productieproces en legt hij de nadruk op regionale en natuurlijke grondstoffen. De graanstokerij produceert jenever, gin, whisky en likeuren.
Het volledige productieproces, van het malen van granen tot de rijping, vindt plaats binnen de muren van de distilleerderij.
