Braendler Engineering

Founded in Melbourne Australia in 2005, Braendler Engineering grew from developing bespoke production line visual inspection units to, in 2010, introduce an industry leading ground-based visual inspection unit for wind turbines. This naturally evolved into a range of large-scale asset inspections, data analytics services and software solutions for asset management businesses across the world. In 2014 we expanded to Denmark, Lithuania and the UK. By 2016 Braendler Engineering was managing the visual analytics data on over 10% of the world’s wind turbines. Our clients included large OEMs and utilities, gaining more than 10 years’ experience in comprehensive inspections. Our blade inspection software and imaging systems allowed our clients to develop and manage complete O&M packages for blades including inspection, and the planning and tracking of repairs. Our software provided online solutions to analyse location data with multiple forms of visual analytics to build a comprehensive profile of the ageing and performance of large scale assets. Our consultancy services included data analysis of wind and turbine SCADA data to measure power performance, problem solve, and find opportunities for cost savings. Braendler Engineering closed in 2022.
