Launched in 2018, BRÄUGIER is a young brewery relentless in its mission to Defend das Bier, whether from the industrial brewing machine or from pretenders chasing the “craft beer hype.”
We don’t follow trends. We strive for mastery. It’s why we put as much effort into our full-flavored German lagers, luscious stouts, and bitter West Coast IPAs as we do in our juicy Hazy IPAs.
We don’t claim passion. We live obsession. It’s why we have always paid extra to cold store our beer for maximum freshness or why we have dumped whole batches, if they didn’t meet our exacting standards.
We don’t fear failure. We fight to achieve the impossible. It’s how we transformed a neglected space in an old Berlin building into a thriving BrewPub community, where Germans drink as much craft beer as expats.
The hard work is just getting started, but no matter what heights we achieve, we will never stop learning to master our craft – and to make standout beers, worthy of those who drink it.
