We’re excited to officially launch Brainbox Hub CIC – a community interest company dedicated to helping children develop the life skills they need to grow into confident, self-aware, and emotionally intelligent young people. In a world where emotional pressures are increasing and expectations are high, we believe children deserve access to tools that support their wellbeing, self-understanding, and resilience – right from the start. At Brainbox Hub, we offer engaging, values-led sessions designed to build: 🧠 Self-Awareness – helping children understand themselves and how they relate to others 🗣️ Emotional Literacy – encouraging healthy expression, empathy, and emotional regulation 🎯 Accountability – supporting children to set goals, take responsibility, and reflect on their choices 💡 Practical Life Skills – from managing friendships and routines to developing focus and confidence We’ve already seen the impact through our pilot sessions and community workshops – from children recognising their feelings and naming them confidently, to young people taking real pride in their personal growth and decision-making.
