Brainii™ digitizes individual knowledge and competence in an objective value unit, The Intangible Currency™, TIC. It is global. This shifts the managerial focus in allocation processes to the individual's capacity in relation to the task and removes it from name, gender, age, geography, history, etc. The device, TIC, enables fast, comparable allocation processes in digits across, both the entire, dispersed company, but also by its registered partners. The software is adjusted and real-time, which terminates the use of CVs and update of CVs. The Intangible Currency enables you to know the actual, highest creative competence and contact the owners within a knowledge-discipline. You find the most creative, or you can put together diverse teams for innovation, special teams with special knowledge and competence to solve new problems within, for instance, climate change mitigation – or adaption - there are 125 different value combinations in each value unit, TIC. Outcome is relevant to corporate level because it can simultaneously document future, critical deficiencies in the I-capital that can trigger systematic actions to fill the gap before competitors. The system will establish greater equality and diversity, because the organizational gaze that sets up teams is an objective, subject-oriented gaze cleansed of underlying cultural, unconscious biases. The claim has been tested as part of the empirical evidence in my PhD: Accountable, Operable Knowledge, CBS 2018.
