Brainii™ digitizes individual knowledge and competence in an objective value unit, The Intangible Currency™, TIC. It is global. This shifts the managerial focus in allocation processes to the individual's capacity in relation to the task and removes it from name, gender, age, geography, history, etc. The device, TIC, enables fast, comparable allocation processes in digits across, both the entire, dispersed company, but also by its registered partners.
