Academy of Brain-based Leadership

The Academy of Brain-based Leadership (ABL) was established in 2015 and has been at the forefront of neuroscience-based psychological safety ever since. Led by Leonie Hull and Dr. Dan Radecki, ABL uses neuroscience to build safe, inclusive, and resilient organizations where leaders and teams are empowered and inspired to do their best work. This is achieved by enhancing health, engagement, connection, and performance using a brain-based approach to understand and nurture: - Psychological Safety - Wellness & Resilience - Diversity, Inclusion, Equity & Belonging Our training and implementation system focuses on four levels: Self, Relationship, Team, and Culture, working from the inside-out and the outside-in. Supported with diagnostics, training, and tools, our system builds awareness, skills, and accountability at all four levels, ensuring that training translates into action, reinforcement, and sustainability to support transformation at all levels.
