BrainSoft was founded in 2017 by serial entrepreneurs and seasoned researchers from Switzerland, France and Malaysia with in-depth expertise in neurocomputing, neurocognitive processes, artificial intelligence and international leadership. We were awarded the prestigious Tier 1 MDEC MSC (Multimedia Super Corridor) label in Malaysia from our early days. BrainSoft Team is specialized in leading high value-added IT projects integrating mastery of new technologies, such as artificial intelligence and blockchain. Synergistically with our R&D and IT core activities, we have crafted a Swiss professional certificate in International leadership using our cutting-edge neuroscience technologies and methodology to boost the career of many individuals in Malaysia and Asia-Pacific in general. In spite of our international development, we voluntarily maintain a micro-unit autonomous leadership philosophy. Above all, we seek to encourage the agile participation of our teams, who collaborate with each other through a matrix organization within the different countries.
