Solid copper bus bars can be supplied bare or dip coated with PVC insulation. Workpieces can be cut from electric grade copper sheets by CNC Laser or Water Jet cutting machines to fulfill complex demands with different shapes . After accurate deburring and polishing final finishing can be offered as red copper, tin plating and glossy nickel plating to protect copper and ensure the best contact surface.
We offer custom made flexible copper braided shunts and connections in red copper or tin plated versions. Contact areas are formed by pressing copper ferrules over copper braid. Different types of cross sections, lengths and fixing holes diameters are available.
