Bramford Property was established as a boutique property investment and advisory business specialising in corporate real estate advisory, site acquisitions and development management. Bramford Property has worked closely with, and undertaken a variety of assignments for major corporate clients including Primary Health Care Ltd, Cornerstone Health, Canberra Raiders Group, QE Food Stores, Stamford Capital, Wesley Mission, Systra Scott Lister and Aphrodite Fashion Group. Projects undertaken by Bramford to date have ranged from site acquisitions and lease negotiations to structuring complicated joint venture developments and investment syndicates as well as feasibility analysis and due diligence management on our own behalf as well as our investor clientele.
