Branches Community Projects

Community development can take on so many different definitions, and that is part of the beauty of it. We do not pretend to know what every community needs, nor do we believe that it is the right approach to endeavor growth with that mindset. We do, however, have the means to help to facilitate change as well as the know how to understand how to partner with just and verifiable causes. We look toward, as an NGO, partnering with other local NGO's in order to achieve their goals. This sometimes takes the form of donation, but we prefer to be more involved in understanding and looking at the overall project and operations management of the undertaking and how we can make it efficient, effective, and ultimately self-sustainable. There is nothing simple about NGO's and community development but our process is fairly straightforward: ONE: Source and identify local NGO's and reputable causes. TWO: Gain alliance with local NGOs to understand what they need, then how we can meet that need and what it will accomplish. THREE: Create a feasible project and plan that aligns with NGO needs and our Mission. FOUR: Have the right team in place to deliver the vision for that project and use locally sustainable methodologies and practices through the development and operation. FIVE: Empower the local community to be able to become self sufficient and ultimately transfer complete ownership to the local NGO and allow for community sustainability of the program.
