In the past 40 years we have gained a lot of experience and insight in the industry and we want to serve you with this knowledge in order to be able to meet your demand correctly. The tools and solutions are divided into several groups and overlap each other so that we can offer you a full service. We supply measuring and/or alignment work, laser alignment and measuring systems, mounting tools, pipe and flange tools and hydraulic cylinder repair benches or solutions for these applications or a combination of these. Laser alignment and measurement systems: straightness, flatness, centerline, shaft coupling, cardan shaft, flange measurement, pulley alignment, parallelism, roll or cylinder profile measurement. Assembly tools: air, hydraulic and electric/battery torque wrenches, power sockets standard and/or special, bolt tensioners, plate heat exchanger tools and induction heating system for drilled bolts. Demountable, movable processing machines (in-situ) for turning, milling, mobile boring / surfacing and tools for processing pipes, flanges, valves and construction parts, welding chamfering machine, Slewing ring belt grinding machines. Hydraulic cylinder repair benches with a length of 25 meters and up to a torque of 130,000 Nm. for dismantling and assembling hydraulic cylinders. Different models are also possible.
