A company has both an EXPression and an EXPerience. The expression is how your company functions and the experience is employee and customer perception. BrandEXP explores both the way a company expresses its brand and also the experience that your employees and customers have of your brand. Our team will determine your brand strength, work closely with your leadership team(s) to pinpoint root causes of any structural deficiencies, develop strategic solutions towards improvement and support implementation efforts. We will delve into the way your company is structured, from your mission and values, HR structures, marketing, communication, customer service and products/services, and even all the way to your leadership team’s dynamics. By taking a deep dive into all of these elements, BrandEXP’s founder, Chrissie Blumer, will explore how these elements work towards or deters from your brand. Once the exploration is complete, she will work with your teams to build a game plan that strategically shifts any areas that need improvement.
