Our head office is based in Northampton, although we conduct surveys and inspections across the UK. We use a combination of Leica ‘Distos’ together with traditional tape measures depending on the project being surveyed. We also make use of advanced Leica and 3D scanning technology to obtain crucial information that cannot be reached by more direct methods. Our SEMA Approved Rack Inspectors have experience in both large and small scale operations for global and local clients. The company originally traded from Great Dunmow, Essex, specialising in drainage surveys nationally. In 2002 the company merged with Martin Sawyer Surveys, based in Northampton, now able to provide Topographical surveys and Measured Building surveys alongside the drainage surveys. The present Managing Director, Martin Sawyer, has traded in Northampton as sole trader since 1991, having previously being involved with a local family survey company (est. 1983).
