Brands Fresh was established out of the acquisition of Favco, the sales and marketing arm of Ariston Holdings in Zimbabwe
Brands Fresh business includes the procurement of local and imported Fresh fruit and Vegetables, and nationwide distribution
Our main customer focus is to service the formal retail trade, as well as the foodservice sector, through out Zimbabwe and Zambia
All sourced produce is stored in our cold rooms and delivered directly to the customer in refrigerated vehicles, therefore ensuring the cold chain integrity of the produce is maintained
As Brands Fresh has established cold chain facilities and distribution, in Harare, Bulawayo, Mutare & Lusaka. This allows us to also distribute other perishable products including dairy and processed meats. This ensures that our distributions costs are subsidized when produce is out of season
We have approximately 4000qm of cold storage facilities at our Mukuvusi warehouse, which also allows us to store citrus and other produce, and delay the selling of these in the more lucrative “off season”
