BRAVE-WOW aims to tackle gender-based violence (GBV) and harassment in the workplace, with a particular focus on the healthcare sector — one of the most affected by such issues. The project will conduct in-depth research in Portugal, Italy, Slovenia, and Spain, complemented by comprehensive EU-wide analysis.
In addition to research, BRAVE-WOW will develop and implement training programmes to raise awareness and prevent GBV in the world of work. The project will also test policy interventions designed to promote structural change and achieve long-term, wide-reaching impact.
