We’re a talent consultancy, but we don’t believe potential can be seen entirely on a CV. For us, diversity isn’t something to be hidden, it’s an advantage. Skills and personality fit are just as important as experience, and in our opinion you do the best work when you can be yourself and play to your strengths. What do we mean by diversity? Anyone who has a varied perspective. We think there is value to diverse thought - whether ethnicity, socio-economic, gender, sexuality, age, neurodiversity, or disability.
