Formed by British and Dutch former merchant marine Captain and officers, engineers, shipping experts, lawyers and claims adjusters, the company was established from the expansion of Pandibra McLintock Services Ltda - Santos/Brazil.
BRAZIL P&I, a member of the South American P&I Correspondents Association (SAPIC), provides high quality services with the expertise of its staff and attends all types of claims at Brazilian ports, such as oil pollution, cargo, personal injury, collision, stowaways, etc.
BRAZIL P&I through loss prevention initiatives seeks to reduce losses by preparing legal advice, cargo inspections and providing information concerning changes in legislation, as well as organizing seminars and lectures.
Strategically located at the most important ports of the country, BRAZIL P&I has branches at Itajai, Recife and Vitória to attend P&I claims at respective areas, providing rapid and efficient response, following the policies of our Principals by the expertise of the staff, which receives continuous training, integrated with technological solutions for the control of the claims.
