OSS Retail was originally founded in 1923 as the Oxford Summer School by the Drapers Chamber of Trade. In July 2019, OSS was acquired by the British Retail Consortium. Now, as a part of BRC Learning, the programmes have been successfully redesigned as the BRC Leaders' Summer School, and the BRC Retail Masters programme, and provide a unique and unrivalled leadership development opportunity for the retailers in the UK, and beyond.
