The mission of the Black Real Estate Appraiser's Coalition of North Carolina (BREAC-NC) is to foster the professional development, training and the interests of black and other minority real estate appraisers, and real estate appraiser trainees, with the goal of increasing the number of black and minority real estate appraisers in North Carolina.
