BRD+BTTR is run by a team of inspired individuals set to change the way the Advertising & Marketing industry recruits and retains its talent. Although we specialise in the Advertising and Marketing industry, we hope to be able to reach out to talent and employers from all industries. We intend to make employee retention an integral part of Human Resource Management - just as important as employee recruitment. We believe that when enough time and effort is spent hand-picking the right talent for the right employer (and vice versa) we can create an environment where both employers and employees achieve a balance between productivity and career fulfilment. This balance is what we at BRD+BTTR strive to achieve.
