We are a small team with 10 years experience in webdev: 5 UI/UX designers and 7 developers (frontend and fullstack).
We've worked on more than 100 projects: e-commerce, marketplaces, online services, e-learning, intranet products. With both startups and famous companies like VTB (#2 bank in Russia) and Yandex.
We used to work on whole projects: from concept to launch and further. But now we are developing separate design and development services as well. It helps us to work on more complex and ambitious tasks. And as I said before we can hire more specific developers for it.
