Break 9 Recordings was started out in late October 2010 By Guled Ali a.k.a Geeman-G to showcase the more deep minimal, and a splash of liquid side drum and bass.
Having been around now for only a few months, Label owner Guled has done a great deal for the label, having signed 10 artists who will help structure the sound for the label and two have our own unique touch to the scene. We have almost been flat out in the short space of time we have been around in setting up the website (Which people can join, create their own bit of space) and with projects that the crew have finished and also are still working on. We have a Forthcoming 4 track E.P called Natural (BRKREP001) by 3 artists, namely Chab, Midas and Seibel, you can catch that in all the usual stores, at the end of march. Cahb and Midas are making their debut Release on the label are working hard on future releases for the label which are sounding amazing (watch this space) At the fourfront of the label, the ones to watch out for in 2011 is Czech born artist/producer Pavol Pagáčik a.k.a iM3(imfree) and Cambridge based artist/producer Alex Jacobs a.k.a Cahb who are getting much respect on the scene, with their unique style and abality on how they approach music. As the label progresses futhur on in 2011, you will start to hear more releases from our other artists, with another Forthcoming E.P called Depth, and also a various album packed with some dance floor bangers, so watch this space
