Breakfree Movement was established in 2018 as the first MovNat® licensed facility in Malaysia, with a vision to empower individuals to break free from pain and work towards physical longevity through movement diversity.
Being the pioneers in Natural Movement to bridge the fitness gap in Malaysia, they soon realised that most physical pain was beyond just physiological.
Hence, the birth of Breakfree Wellness in 2023, incorporating mental and emotional breakthrough programs for individuals and corporates for a more balanced, holistic approach to longevity.
