Breaking the Silence is an organization of former Israeli soldiers who collect testimonies from soldiers who served in the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip since the outbreak of the Second Intifada. The organization was established in 2004 by combat soldiers who served in Hebron at the height of the Second Intifada, and since then, we have collected the testimonies of over 1,500 soldiers from a wide range of units who served, or are serving, in various locations in the occupied Palestinian territories. The organization's goal is to raise awareness about the daily reality in the occupied territories and create a public discourse about the moral cost of military control over a civilian population, with the aim of ending the occupation.

שוברים שתיקה הוא ארגון של חיילים וחיילות לשעבר שעוסקים באיסוף ופרסום עדויות מחיילים וחיילות ששירתו בשטחים הכבושים מפרוץ האינתיפאדה השנייה ואילך. הארגון הוקם בשנת 2004 על ידי לוחמים ששירתו בחברון בשיא האינתיפאדה השנייה ומאז ועד היום למעלה נגבו עדויות מלמעלה מ-1,500 חיילים וחיילות ממגוון רחב של יחידות ומקומות בשטחים. מטרת הארגון היא להעלות את המודעות למציאות היום יומית בשטחים הכבושים וליצור שיח ציבורי על המחיר המוסרי שבשליטה צבאית על אוכלוסיה אזרחית, כמו גם על חוסר תכליתו הבטחונית. זאת על מנת להביא לסיום הכיבוש.
