Breakway Quality Services Corp.

In October 2014, two expatriates came back to the Philippines to work for an Australian based non-government organization and began the task of establishing community development projects specifically aimed at helping some of the "poorest of the poor" in the country. The idea of setting up a business which will provide support for the community development projects was conceived as they wanted to contribute in whatever way they can but did not want to rely on other people's goodness of heart to be able to sustainably do so. Hence it was decided to establish Breakway Quality Services Corp. which was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 7, 2015 and formally started its operations in January 2016. Corporate social responsibility is the heart of the company, so a good portion of the company's income is earmarked for community development projects. As such, Breakway will endeavour to improve transparency to build trust and bring together customers and providers to develop collaborative relationships that will positively impact healthcare value and improve people's health and quality of life.
