Ariel is an experienced facilitator specializing in breathwork and meditation practices. He guides groups/teams through a breathing exercise that brings them into a space of deep connection with themselves and from this place each individual will gain insights into their own life. Ariel also teaches proper breathing techniques which when integrated into daily life has the ability to improve focus, productivity, emotional resilience and stress management. This can lead to overall benefical gains for the entire company when participating as a team. Ariel coaches individuals/small groups and assists them with goal setting, the reverse engineering of goals and taking action to achieve them.
