Breathe2B is an organisation focused on providing empowering curriculum for teachers and students to build upon their unique strengths to achieve their community’s vision of wellness. What is the Breathe2B Curriculum? The Breathe2B curriculum combines the practices of mindfulness, breathing techniques and neuroscience into a manageable 10-week course. Our model is to empower your teachers by training them with the necessary skills required to deliver the curriculum; this occurs onsite at your school over 1.5 days. Chosen staff advocates will then be mentored throughout the implementation process. The purpose of the curriculum is to empower young adolescents to have the capacity to step back from the busy-ness of life, observe their habitual tendencies and observe personal triggers. Thus, enabling them to have agency over the development of strong interpersonal skills, self-awareness, and provide them with clarity to navigate life in a meaningful way.
