Get moving again with the power of your own breath. I facilitate individual breathing sessions, group work, (corporate) workshops and I'm part of retreats as a breath coach and holistic movement coach. During my sessions I help you to restore the connection with yourself. My mission is to give people the strength to (re)find their balance, based on a down-to-earth and practical approach. Bring back space in your head, and freedom in your body. To set you in motion towards a more effortless, energetic and authentic life. All with the power of your own breath. Thanks to my HR background in the corporate world, I know better than anyone how important it is to have an organization with healthy employees. Breathwork is the most effective way to reduce stress, increase productivity, and think clearly. In addition, it also increases team connection. I am therefore extremely passionate about bringing breathwork to the workplace in a practical and effective way. You can think of practical breathing exercises for the workplace, creating more awareness or a breathing session in a group. This can be a one-off workshop or a tailor-made process, all adapted to the needs of your company.
