breitblick supports organisations in realising ideas for a diverse, equal and inclusive society in a way that is sensitive to diversity and critical of racism. Our services are aimed at non-profit organisations that promote diversity through their work, as well as public institutions and companies that want to open up their work to diversity. On the one hand, we work with private and public stakeholders who want to initiate structural change processes and create an inclusive working environment. Many patterns of thought and behaviour that underlie structural discrimination and racism are often reproduced. We help to identify these deeply rooted thought patterns and develop strategies to overcome them. On the other hand, we support non-profit organisations that are committed to equal opportunities. With innovative project ideas, they form a bridge to different parts of society. At the same time, non-profit organisations often face strategic and financial challenges, partly because they are dependent on funding. We offer them partnership-based and goal-orientated advice so that they can pursue their work sustainably. We work in German, English and French.
