Our proprietary Patient Experience survey has been designed to cover all critical practice areas and is a statistically reliable and cost-effective way for practices to identify areas of weakness, actionable insights and improvement initiatives.
PROVIDER ENGAGEMENT
The Provider Engagement survey is designed to solicit feedback from physicians about a number of key themes important to medical group administration and executive leadership.
CG-CAHPS
The CAHPS Clinician and Group survey (CG-CAHPS) assesses patient perceptions of care delivered by a provider (e.g. physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, etc.) in an office setting. This survey is required for groups with 100 or more eligible providers (EPs) operating under a single tax ID.
CAHPS FOR MIPS
The CAHPS for MIPS survey measures 12 key components of patient’s experience and care within a group. This is optional in 2017 for groups with 2 or more eligible clinicians (ECs) and is not provided as an option for individual clinicians.
