This survey is required for groups with 100 or more eligible providers (EPs) operating under a single tax ID.CAHPS FOR MIPSThe CAHPS for MIPS survey measures 12 key components of patient’s experience and care within a group. This is optional in 2017 for groups with 2 or more eligible clinicians (ECs) and is not provided as an option for individual clinicians.
