Our 50-bed facility offers 3 levels of nurse-supported living: Brentleigh house (assisted living), Brenthurst Residence (residential care) and Brenton Lodge (frail care). Each building interlinks and is designed to maximise independence, safety and comfort in a homelike setting.
We have a 4:1 ratio of staff to residents on the Frail and Residential units and a 6:1 ratio of Carers to clients on the Assisted Living unit where care is provided on a 24/7 basis with all meals, cleaning and laundry provided. Staff are trained on location with no outsourcing of services so there is a strong buy-in to the "AT HOME" culture of the home.
We serve many clients here who are challenged with various types of Dementia with a strong Psychiatric overview provided by Professionals who manage their own clients here.
Our support group for family members and community at large meets at 3.30pm on the 1st WEDNESDAY of each month in the Brenthurst Residence lounge.
