BreslinLeCoic was established in early 2013 by the two founding partners, Paul Breslin and Chris Le Coic, to be Australia’s first dedicated HR search firm with the greater purpose of offering development through highly targeted HR leadership & coaching services. Chris pioneered HR recruitment in Australia in the mid 1980’s and in the mid 1990’s started the global leadership consulting firm, LIW (see www.liw3.com). Paul has over two decades of global executive search experience and since 1998 has built dedicated HR search practices in UK, Europe, Asia and Australia. Joining forces provided the platform to co-develop another first: a firm dedicated to integrating executive search, executive coaching and executive leadership development. We provide deeper insights and advice well beyond the capabilities of any other source by aligning the identification, assessment and development of high potential talent. We draw on a rich heritage of more than 50 years’ experience, with over 15,000 interviews and more than 1,000 successful appointments. More than anyone, we recognise what great talent looks like and what great leaders can achieve. Many of the talented individuals we’ve worked with are now leaders in top 100 Australian publicly listed companies and global multi-nationals or have progressed their careers to take on leadership positions overseas with global organisations.
