Brewability

Brewability is a brewery and pizzeria devoted to crafting inclusivity and empowerment alongside remarkable beer and delicious food. By employing adults with developmental disabilities and welcoming patrons of all ages and abilities, we are pioneering a new brand of belonging. Here, accessibility for everyone is paramount. All adults are treated like adults. And we serve up the trifecta of fun: craft beer, pizza and a jam-packed dance floor. The Brewability experience is for everyone in search of a pint, a slice and a good time. You can always expect live music, weekly events, friendly service and an array of accommodations for our patrons’ (and employees’) differing needs. To make ordering easy, all beer menus are color-coded to match our tap handles, and we also have braille, large-print and picture-based menus. Our vibrational dance floor (a fan favorite) uses bone-conduction technology to unlock the joy of live music for the hearing impaired. Always keeping our autistic friends in mind, we have a sensory area with a giant Lite Brite, marble wall and noise-canceling headphones — and we avoid loud hand-drying machines and flickering fluorescent light. We also offer weighted silverware, plate guards and shirt protectors for adults and children so everyone can easily enjoy their meals. We’re constantly adjusting, whether it's flattening thresholds to ease wheelchair maneuvering to outdoor seating or creating fixed patio seating to avoid obstacles for visually impaired guests. Everyday we do our best to anticipate our patrons' needs so everyone can enjoy dining out.
