Since its inception in 2006, Breza & Associates (“BA”) concentrates on providing legal advice and services to small and mid-size businesses as well as community, regional and national financial institutions. Our services range from commercial transactions, land use, general corporate representation, eminent domain, construction, and litigation through consumer real estate transactions and settlements, loan workouts and restructures, and foreclosures. Our extensive experience in all aspects of real estate matters enables us to provide guidance and representation in related bankruptcy and judicial litigation, including title claims. Although our primary concentration is on clients’ located in the Mid-Atlantic states, we have the ability to provide advice and guidance in New York and New Jersey. In relation to our real estate practice, we oversee related title closings through the firm’s affiliated title company, Community Settlement Group (“CSG”). CSG offers title services for all matters involving real estate throughout Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Pennsylvania, and is able to coordinate real estate transactions involving properties throughout the United States with the assistance of affiliated title groups and National Underwriting teams.
