My background: I have worked in various roles in financial services around London for 30 years before changing direction to follow my passion. I live in East London with my wife and 3 school-age children so I am balancing work and family time. currently, I am a househusband working the hours I choose around my family time. I realised a few years ago when talking with friends about what I do that I am most excited when talking about coaching and mentoring other people rather than my main work. I became aware of how the tone, pace and volume of my voice changed. So at this point, I chose to retrain as a coach and am continuing on this journey sharing my enthusiasm and wisdom with others.
