Management Brickbox Enterprises, Ltd. has owned and managed multifamily, retail and commercial properties in the Northeast and Florida over the last 20 years. Currently, there are over 800 apartment units and approximately 500,000 square feet of commercial space under management. Residential management ranges from luxury apartments to affordable housing and single-family homes. On the commercial side, Brickbox manages office, industrial, and retail spaces occupied by tenants ranging from nationally recognized tenants to local businesses.
